Setin Commercial and Office Tower is built on 13 floors, including 2 commercial floors (ground floor and first floor), 6 office floors, 4 parking floors, and a food court floor. The facade lighting of this building was installed in the summer of 2017 by installing 64,700 RGBW LED pixels and using a DMX512 control system by Persian Vera Vision Company.
